It is a sedative, anti-spasmodic, and analgesic. Depression: Full body massage with 4 drops bergamot 2, drops Clary-Sage, 1 drop Lavender and base oil or add 5 drops to a bath. Menstrual cramps: Gently massage abdomen with diluted oil. Mental fatigue: head and scalp massage with diluted oil or put 4-6 drops of oil in hot water and inhale.
