History & Use

Rosemary is an herb that has a piercing, fresh scent. In medieval times it was thought to be an
elixir of youth and to "help weak memory and quicken the senses". It is a great addition to toners and astringents for its refreshing and invigorating qualities.

Mental Alertness: Put 4 drops on handkerchief and inhale

Uplifting: Energetic foot massage with diluted oil

Muscle Aches: Massage in gentle motions with diluted oil

Dry Hair: Massage warm diluted oil onto the ends of hair

Dandruff: Add 5 drops of oil into shampoo.
