Wintergreen

History

WIntergreen is a common ingredient in many commercial muscle ache remedies. Use only a small amount (1% blend) along with carrier or other muscle relieving blends. It contains 99% salicylate, the main ingredient in aspirin, so it should be used with the same caution that you would use aspirin. It has a very refreshing aroma.

Muscle Aches - Apply 1% Blend onto sore muscles
Sore Joints - Massage 1% Blend near the sore joint
